We secured our website with an SSL certificate. All communication send to and from our website is handled over a secure connection. You can verify this by looking for the lock icon in the URL bar. Clicking on this will show the security certificate. This secure connection ensures that the personal information filled in on the site is sent to this website.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
You must fill in certain information when placing an order. We require you fill in the following fields: name, address, and email address. We need this information to fulfill the order and ship the product(s). Fields that are marked with * are required to be filled in. In case certain information is missing we have the right to decline the order. We can use personal information, including email addresses to inform you about the order. We store this information on a secure server in a protected data center, maintained by a third party in the Netherlands.
We keep contact form submission for one year. We will not use contact form submissions for marketing purposes.
We will reach out to you by email in case anything goes wrong. In order to respond by email, it is necessary to fill out your email address on the contact form. We cannot reach you if no email address is filled in.
We use mollie.com as a payment service provider. This is a Dutch payment service provider that complies fully with the European Banking Authority’s Guidelines on the security of internet payments. Mollie is permanently supervised by the Dutch central bank, DNB. We use a secure connection over https to for all transactions. Above all, All of Mollie’s servers are located in the Netherlands. Orders that are paid online show up as Stg Mollie payments on your bank statement. You can find more information about our payment service provider and their security on their website.
We create an account for you during the checkout process. We do this to make the checkout process more efficient and streamline the ordering process for returning customers. The customer always has the possibility to review, amend or remove the information stored in this account. You can access your account by locating the ”my account” section in the top right corner.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal information or data. We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to optimize the website.
How long we retain your data
We keep the customer purchase records and invoices for a maximum of ten years. In addition, we keep analytics records for one year. Users that register on the website will also store their personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. In addition, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. However, we keep certain information in our administration if there is a legal requirement.
