Monk Amsterdam Shipping Policy
We have our office and warehouse in Amsterdam. Therefore, we can ship products fast. In the unlikely event, a product is not in stock, this will be clearly displayed on the product page. Monk Amsterdam will ship any item purchase, after receiving the payment, in one working day. We use DHL and PostNL to ship your order. So, this means that for the Netherlands, in most cases the package will arrive within one business day.
Orders to most EU countries will be delivered in three business days. You will receieve a track and trace code after shippping. All orders will be shipped in a protective air cushion envelope.
As per Monk Amsterdam Shipping Policy, all orders shipping to the Netherlands will be shipped free of charge. In addition, shipments to other EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) are not included in the price of the watch. Therefore, the shipping fee for these countries will be automatically added to your cart when you select your shipping address.
If you find that the packaging or the product itself has been damaged, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. However, no later than three business days after receiving your order. We can ask you to provide us with pictures of the packaging, box, and watch. In case you have received a broken or damaged product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case that you order the wrong item and it has already been shipped, we ask that you do not open the package and contact us.
